Project Details
Hawthorne Civil is providing form, reinforcement and pour and earthworks support for track slab construction and finishing works on a major light rail project.
The works are delivered across multiple sections of the project and involve the deployment of several crews operating under a complex shift structure. Hawthorne Civil manages more than five concurrent shift patterns, including day, afternoon and night shifts, as well as weekend day and night works, to meet program and access requirements.
Close coordination with project delivery staff ensures all safety, quality and program requirements are met across each work front.
